VP has always been mid 2019, it's 54 months from the development approval.
As for the compensation, it was in a form of rebate if the SPA was signed within xx days, though I believe this is a standard of many projects. |

saw this and many other sdb projects struggling to sell including wotp hub and una.
Squarewhere service apartment discount 18% now and below 700psf for the smallest unit. Sales 30-40%. |

So... now that GST has been abolished, does that mean that the SDB has to stop charging GST on the progressive payment?
