VP has always been mid 2019, it's 54 months from the development approval.

As for the compensation, it was in a form of rebate if the SPA was signed within xx days, though I believe this is a standard of many projects.

Have no idea how they managed to get 54 mths for constructiom. Tis is not exactly a built up area.

Yup, this is SOVO, so it doesn't follow the standard schedule. Up to the developer, but this is SDB.

saw this and many other sdb projects struggling to sell including wotp hub and una.

Squarewhere service apartment discount 18% now and below 700psf for the smallest unit. Sales 30-40%.

So... now that GST has been abolished, does that mean that the SDB has to stop charging GST on the progressive payment?
