I am sure there are already some SoHo, SoFo, SoVo ...completed and in business...anybody heard of anyone being thrown out for staying in these properties? or got into trouble with the authorities?

Gotta agree that the location is far from sexy, I mean, it's Sg Buloh FFK. But if you do drive there along the road now, you can sense it's up and coming, with the hive of construction on the MRT and soon the Kwasaland development, whose first phase will be northern part of the land near SqWhere. The fact that there is no standard S & P agreement for SoFo, SoVo and SoHo(???) , could be a source of concern for buyers, who may find themselves in the cold without the protection of HDA. The top of your priority, if you want to buy this category of properties is to buy only from reputable developers with good track records.
