CNBC reported that China property prices climbed to another record high, despite strict home buying measures to curb speculation....new home prices rose 9.6% in Oct fr a yr earlier, new home prices rose across 69 out of 70 cities across the mainland. Do you think it will be the same over here?

Sovo is 4 office use. U gotta check d s&p in detail to see d actual usage. If u wanna stay as residential, security wil b an issue as all people can enter in d name of doing business..

I was at the windows on the park launch yesterday and talked to SA about this and the SA kept assure me that I can stay there.
