I'm staying in an apartment and Oren does not go outdoors except for his balcony. Working time and night time he stays in the balcony, but as soon as he hears someone is at home, he'll meow and start scratching the door to come in.

He just likes being with people (well, just me and my husband for that case ) Huddle near our feet, our arms or our body if we are lying down watching TV...

Went to a petshop, i want to make my cat healthy and very active, what should i give them? Vitamins?

things that make your cat is happy, healthy and very active is love and attention. vitamin is only supplement. give them the food they love. if u give kibbles, u might want to give wet food every 2 times a week.

give boil chicken breast is good too

neutered/spayed them so they have a healthy live.

dan jangan lupa Vaksin (once a year) & deworming (atleast 2 times a year).

kibbles is the type of food look like biscuit. cheap one is whiskas and frieskies, can easily found at any supermarket, or even kedai runcit.

good and reasonable price is like science plan, iams, proformance, acana etc. (can only be found at petshop - not all petshop selling it, they might have some one)

good but expensive is like Royal canin , evolve, and etc. if u have one cat and the cat is long hair, i guess Royal canin is the best choice. (most pet shop have this brand, since everybody want it)

high class premium (expensive) food is like Innova Evo, Orijen. This food contains high protein. Not all cat will like it, because of the protein contain. like human - if u eat too much protein u will feel like vomiting right (the weight gainer ouch make me vomit ) ... some believe it make your cat fatter and cat eat abit only since its high protein kucing cepat kenyang. So u save the food



sisa sisa makanan might not give enough nutrition to your cat. hence it will easy get sick and not healthy.

vitamins? if u giving good nutrition kibbles product, u might not need any extra vitamins or supplement, since the ingredients are enough for the cat body.

i have 11 cats, cannot tahan to vaccine all RM35x11 for a student is a lot. but i keep them indoor. doctor said, just vaccinate those yang always run outside. if u have few, just vaccinate them especially if they are outdoor cats.
it increase immune system, helps prevent contagious cat disease also decreased risk of penyakit inside the internal body. another words, like us take our seasonal japs when we were young la. like those bcg, rubella etc

deworming is like us human eat ubat cacing, once a year jea. one pill i bought RM7 only given after one week of vaccination

for female you want to send for neuter, it is more important to vaccinate than male, as the risk infection dalam badan is higher. coz female doctor open up inside right? risk of healing is higher too

so that about it. food last time i gave iams coz i have only 5 cats. then i adopt one sad looking cat. and my cat give birth to 5 kitties... aiyo... eat friskies jea lately ... biggest 7kg pack only last about 2 and half weeks. but soon if i finished study, hopefully get a job asap, can switch them back to iam or science plan. they love iams so much.

i so kesian with cats. but i also so kesian with my financial position. 11kids to feed.

Oh ya, how does neatured processes?

female also need to neutered as soon as 4 months. late neutered will make them on heat. they will make sound, fur falls, annoying act. if they are on heat, you have to wait it finish then neuter.

and yes male and female both need to be neuter/spay.

As for my cats, sometimes when we are sleeping in the room and lock the door, and if they wanna come into the room, they will sit right in front of the door and meow till we open the door. You better open the door for them, else they will meow till you can't sleep

i send my kitty when i sense them being in heat (horny lol. over manja) if you stroked their body till u to the end near tail, when approaching the tail, they lift up they butt higher. that means they in heat or will be in heat soon. can send to vet.

tell them u want to neuter them. better make appointment. prior sending them, you must fast the cat for more than 12 hours. no food no water. say if u wanna send the following morning, at 7pm, put them in separate cage. don't let them eat.

the vet will do neutering, for female, they see got the seed (cat sperm + ovary) doctor can pick them out. provided u tell her to do so. u have to pay additional about rm50 for that

when your cat neutered, better let them stay additional night like 1 nights under doctor care especially for female. after that can bring home, you have to isolate them for 10 days. no cat litter. just newspaper for them to pee or poo.
