Still logic on semenyih far from kl but close to putrajaya. Many kilang taukeh set up their kilang there. Reputation developer is important. U dun want end up to have a abandon property near kl than a completed project a bit far away from kl. If market lousai. U still can stay at your far away kl property + still have minimum value.

If you ask any of the SA, they will show to you willingly based on your selected units. And then you can extrapolate it to be rm2k incremental per floor or premium of rm2k south facing and number 8.... I got it. It pays to ask politely rather than hold arm sitting there like taikor. |
