I can't find the uniqueness of this project. The website tells very little.

Hope I am wrong on these thinking...........people are treating these new launches as the "stock exchange" as the real stock exchange had burned many people in the past and also present............so they play properties as currently it's consider to be hot and money to be made !

Can go short term (flippers) or long term (own stay/renters) like stock exchange......there's money to be made !

i think people now buy property not base on location, not on the price, is on developer.

a lot of people go for sp setia eco hill, some of them never been to semenyih and not even consider to stay at semenyih.

people go for this project without knowing the price and decided to book a units.

people are not buy the properties, is buying the name of developer.

Land size 50% of SW, is mirror concept to SW Puchong.
I think after increase the plot ratio, thy total GDV could match SW.

I think I'm one of them in your category...but also must buy good property that's worth it bah...not simply buy.buy stock also buy those with good fundamentals Lo....
