The commi is too limited at 35 units, but if to manage back by the developer for leasing, it would be more secure esp with the USPs by Eco World. Earlier on, I reckon the small number of units could be have difficulty upon in 2 years within completion. I much prefer 100+ units of commi.

Boss so far I stil loitering around nearby. Will not go kacao kacao since I'm not getting resi. Just wanna try luck to ask 1 more time for commi when its my turn at 3**. Haha blif by then oledi sold out so oso blif ll hav some time to tok to SA or even the sons of tan sri. Will try all way to c if can squueze into tis commi.
