QUOTE(Asgaard @ Sep 22 2013, 10:08 AM) Let me give u all my honest opinion on this project as a mortgage banker. I have seen so many new projects and also know about upcoming projects in the market. Your opinion is good as a reference. But nowaday many developers will fully utilize the land and built as much as units they can in order to enhance the profit margin. Everything is expensive and rising (land, transport, materials, overhead, advertising and so on) Just hope that property bumble will not coming so soon. For this Ecosky, the concept is very nice in sub par location. Developer is doing a great job marketing this project aggressively and creating the hype similar to Fennel @ Sentul East by YTL and EkoCheras by Ekovest. If one is to pass this place everyday, you will know that you will get stuck in jam. But some might consider this normal as jam is everywhere in Klang valley. My main concern is the secondary market. With 1026 units, can the buyer really find a tenant or purchaser in the Market? The purchaser not only have to compete with each other, but also with the internal staff/vip who purchased at cheaper price than public. Please invest wisely. If you manage to purchase unit here, congrats!! It's still going to be a BBB project anyway. |

No one entertain me not even come to say a "hi" and seek for assist. I fed up about this kind of service been treated. 1st time bad x10000000 experiences and impression. Good luck with those buyers and paid RM0.40 psf maintenance. Just sharing |

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Oct 9 2013, 10:26 PM) Not sure what happened to you that day and I am sorry to hear that. Maybe My friend and I both of us look like poorman...not genuine buyer. I been all few property sales offices on the same day but only this give me such impression. Just imagine from the step in to door, stand around to see the model for whole projects and enter the different sizes of show room units, is more than 30 mins. There is no one come over to serve us. Last but not least, i really feel like disappointed those staffs. But to justify, I am quite pleased with their service. Not like DPC sales person. EcoSky staffs are quite polite and friendly. During my first visit, my SA just came out from toilet, getting ready to drink water. When he saw me standing there alone, he came assist me without drinking the water first. And on the day of booking units, all staffs keep on giving bread and water to buyers in queue. Do other developers do that? I dunno the answer, maybe some taigors have better experience with other developers. But so far, this is what I call service. |

QUOTE(odieboy @ Oct 26 2013, 03:35 PM) There is really nothing much we can do. Ecosky definitely cannot offer DIBS as their AP has not obtained thus officially this project has not launched yet. I believe Ecoworld will soon clarify and offer options to buyers. One of which is to give extra discount for not taking DIBS. Hope Ecoworld can offer us something feasible and attractive. Good Ideas but the decision is rely on the developer's decision. |
