The 861 sf unit................2 car parks also ???  or 1 car park ?
*
The smallest unit of 861sqft and 90x sqft only give one carpark. Bigger units all provide two carparks.

Currently, there is already one overhead pedestrian. It is friendly enough. Bus stop had been earlier relocated with longer waiting lanes for buses and scavenging taxi.

EcoSky committed to build shaded walkway from the site to the pedestrian overhead walkway. biggrin.gif

Seeing is believing. You see, I provide so much info until people think I am a SA.

Please ask Ecosky give you more discount, as you help alot promoting their property. smile.gif

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 17 2013, 11:56 PM)
They already have enough land bank for immediate launches for the next 15 years and all the lands they secured recently was at fair price and not those high price deals for immediate high pricing launches.

I foresee they would try to get more lands especially in the Northern side as they had accumulate quite some great parcels of land in Southern.

Meanwhile in KV, I hope Semenyih would not only be their sole township. If got anything near to Eco Botanic's theme in KV, it would be a great buy.
*
Yup, agree. EcoBotanic concept is very good. Hope KV have land space for such development.

Dear taikors, I have been doing some site survey around ES. My main concern is the smell of rubbish. These few days I have passed by surroundings of ES purposely, just to get the feel of how severe the smell of rubbish. In morning, afternoon or night, the rubbish smell is randomly there. Not always there, but quite frequent.

For those taikors who are planning for investment or flip maybe still ok. If want to buy for own stay? Always close window? Any concern by others out there? Any bright ideas? Thanks.

the main issue is the smell problem, they told me higher floor wouldn't smell it.. really wonder.
another concern is the noise issue. bcoz is only beside Jalan Kuching and those cars passby there are not slow 1.. if close the window all the time will solve the problem..  sweat.gif
*
If live in condo and close all windows, then defeat the purpose of high floors. No more wind coming in. Sigh....

if facing away from jln kuching highway shoukd better.

If facing away from Jalan Kuching, then you will be facing dump site and low cost flat.

Either smell, or noise. Hahaha.... difficult for me to choose too. sad.gif

can somebody please share exact location and it's layout please?
thanks.
*
From KL towards Batu Caves, if using Jalan Kuching, it will be on your left after Taman Wahyu.

Now no layout provided by SA. They only show in Ipad to customers.

No photo? No wonder can't see any photos yet.... Why they so secretive... Like Hitchcock movie.... Hang your appetite...
*
Yup, no photography allowed there. Personally, will go for smaller units. Cos bigger units all facing Jalan Ipoh, am afraid of noise pollution.

u mean smaller units facing the lake and bigger units facing klcc view?
how many units per floor and no. of lifts per block?
*
12 units per floor. Total six lifts, one of it is service lift.

Depends which block you are referring to.
Block Aurora front face KLCC, back face Tesco. Block Balista front face Jalan Ipoh, back face flat. Block Clarita front face shops or Tesco, back face KLCC.

*
Oh, sorry. My fault. Block Basalta is correct. Anyhow, today SA told me twelve units per flr woh. Not sure.
