Anyway, the smell issue again, if really cannot accept it, then just skip EcoSky and happy hunting property elsewhere. I am sure there is always other options.
Nothing is perfect, give and take loh.

Before I booked, I have consulted my cousin and aunty who stayed in Taman Wahyu for 20+years (houses facing Lakeville site now). They said no smell, even if got smell also once in a blue moon.

So, that is the risk I opt to take.

Yup, received sms from EcoWorld regarding this event. But I think not going, cos already have appointment. Too bad.

Anyway, good marketing though by EcoWorld.

Tentatively they will launch Block C in 2months time from now. Layout wise I think more or less the same types as Block A or B, but price indicatively at RM750psqft. If interested, I think have to put some effort, maybe every weekend drop by sales gallery to ask info. I did that last time when I decided to go ahead with EcoSky. Good luck, bro/sis.

Interesting, duplex in EcoSky. Wonder what will the price be.

If not mistaken, I think no one start applying loan for EcoSky yet. Waiting for EcoWorld to arrange Bankers Day.

Today EcoWorld organise painting event for kids. Marketing strategy, but good effort.

Just received sms woh. The Bankers Day will be this sunday, 13-10-2013, 11am till 5pm.

Maybe different block, different Bankers Day? Possible, cos too many people if all go on same day.

Oh, I see. Now I know the difference. Saturday session is dimsum, invitation card got chopstick. Sunday session is English hi-tea, invitation card is fork and spoon. See you all taigors there.

Not sure what happened to you that day and I am sorry to hear that.
But to justify, I am quite pleased with their service. Not like DPC sales person. EcoSky staffs are quite polite and friendly. During my first visit, my SA just came out from toilet, getting ready to drink water. When he saw me standing there alone, he came assist me without drinking the water first. And on the day of booking units, all staffs keep on giving bread and water to buyers in queue. Do other developers do that? I dunno the answer, maybe some taigors have better experience with other developers. But so far, this is what I call service.

Just came back from Bankers Day. The English hi-tea served was quite good. Coffee, tea and juices were served too. There was also a live band, atmosphere quite good.

Also went kepoh with SA, Block C will be launched in December. They will have units of 1300sft, 1400sft and duplex 1800sft. Indicative price around RM750 psft.

Not able to, security guards more than bank. SA everywhere, very difficult to snap photos.
