any that comes into mind which fulfill all those criteria?

Desa Park City?? Ara Damansara??
But definitely not cheap. Anyhow, cheap or expensive depends on perspective. Some people consider pricey but others consider it cheap. smile.gif

Anyway, the smell issue again, if really cannot accept it, then just skip EcoSky and happy hunting property elsewhere. I am sure there is always other options.
Nothing is perfect, give and take loh. smile.gif

Am staying at the residensi parks behind. You get the smell only once in a very very  long while. And they are closer to the dump sites. At higher levels and further away in ecosky..I doubt so.

Before I booked, I have consulted my cousin and aunty who stayed in Taman Wahyu for 20+years (houses facing Lakeville site now). They said no smell, even if got smell also once in a blue moon. rclxms.gif

So, that is the risk I opt to take. smile.gif

thumbup.gif is there any info?
*
Tentatively they will launch Block C in 2months time from now. Layout wise I think more or less the same types as Block A or B, but price indicatively at RM750psqft. If interested, I think have to put some effort, maybe every weekend drop by sales gallery to ask info. I did that last time when I decided to go ahead with EcoSky. Good luck, bro/sis. smile.gif

If not mistaken, I think no one start applying loan for EcoSky yet. Waiting for EcoWorld to arrange Bankers Day.

I been the sales gallery at Jln Kuching on last week, treat me like invisible but stayed and look around show room unit about 30 mins. No one entertain me not even come to say a "hi" and seek for assist. I fed up about this kind of service been treated. 1st time bad x10000000 experiences and impression. Good luck with those buyers and paid RM0.40 psf maintenance. Just sharing

Not sure what happened to you that day and I am sorry to hear that.
But to justify, I am quite pleased with their service. Not like DPC sales person. EcoSky staffs are quite polite and friendly. During my first visit, my SA just came out from toilet, getting ready to drink water. When he saw me standing there alone, he came assist me without drinking the water first. And on the day of booking units, all staffs keep on giving bread and water to buyers in queue. Do other developers do that? I dunno the answer, maybe some taigors have better experience with other developers. But so far, this is what I call service. smile.gif

Maybe My friend and I both of us look like poorman...not genuine buyer. I been all few property sales offices on the same day but only this give me such impression. Just imagine from the step in to door, stand around to see the model for whole projects and enter the different sizes of show room units, is more than 30 mins. There is no one come over to serve us. Last but not least, i really feel like disappointed those staffs.
*
Sorry to hear that. I too hate arrogant developers. Anyway, good luck in hunting other properties. smile.gif

A gentle reminder to those who will go Bankers Day tomorrow. I think PWTC and areas around will be jam, due to UMNO election. Please plan your route and time to EcoSky. smile.gif

Just came back from Bankers Day. The English hi-tea served was quite good. Coffee, tea and juices were served too. There was also a live band, atmosphere quite good. smile.gif

Also went kepoh with SA, Block C will be launched in December. They will have units of 1300sft, 1400sft and duplex 1800sft. Indicative price around RM750 psft.
