No DIBS is one issue, price and location is another issue, but I reckon Lakeville's S&P is only able to be sign after 1st Jan 2014, where the effective budget would be started and I dunno how the rebates and freebies transparency goes into the S&P .... it could be potentially offer say, 5% rebates and stated in the S&P and banks would be reduce the margin by offering loan based on net price. If that's the case, buyers would need to fork out 10% dp regardless the discounts being price in. |

Lawyer? No thanks.
Stamp duty? No thanks.
Furnishing? No thanks.
Give me the apartment minus all the 'freebies' pls with an honest price of course. Lol
