UPDATE NEWS ::: LAKEVILLE Residences @ Tmn.Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh KL by Mah Sing Group. Accordingly to their SA, this project expect to launch in Mac 2014 & indicative selling price is RM550psf.

above rumours betul ke?? hmm.gif any taikor heard of the Mah Sing Lake ville info? i tot they will sell higher psf instead?? hmm.gif

Yep, that's what I heard too. Density is high though..2000 units over 12 acres?? and beside fragrant lake.. brows.gif

wah good strategy!
rm550psf in MAC 2014.
ecosky signing in dec. so to those hoping to get lower priced unit will drop out and wait for lakeville.
then suddenly come Mac 2014, finds out prices is from RM750psf. then what to do? cannot get back ecosky and feels like not worth buying lakeville pulak then.
hahaha.
anyway, just some conspiracy theory that i cook up. kekeke.
maybe true, maybe facts!

At 700psf or higher or lower, ES is way beta than LV. They think they really LV fr falansai meh. laugh.gif

Understand this is talk talk only since launching only in Q1 next year. Can always change mind depending on market. Strategy could be to entice ES fansi from committing b4 they lok at LV.

Cheaper is better for flipper only. But the true cold fact is the connecting ponds. Come to ES GlyKor, I can offer you a free tour around the place. Will let you see the Real McCoy.

I still haven't added on the sand mining operation and huge drainage from entire Wahyu to FLV.

550 oso scared if they don't clean up fragrant lake. Don't forget they can clean up now but who is going to continue cleaning ?? MS sell oredi they will push over to JMB then jialat lor.
