let us know how much for replacement screen after u do. =)

Called them and they estimated it to be 450.

A lot cheaper than the 800 that I expected.

Any suggestions for a good case to prevent this from happening again? I've been using the Nilkin back case only.. Sigh. Also noticed scratches on the rims of the phone.. Maybe I should get the Skinomi full body protector..

hah, what rom are you using? i flashed to ARHD rom but cannot retrieve backup from titanium backup.

Although i know the internal sdcard location has been changed, I'm lazy to find it so I restore nandroid backup to stock rom. sad.gif

Maybe you should tell me what should I do biggrin.gif

What about the battery performance in stock rom ? Disable blink feed. Turn on the power saver. Before sleep 100%. Woke up after 8 hour the battery is at 86. Quite bad for me because previously using nexus 4 if doing the same, when i woke up the battery is around 95%

Mine is ok. Data turned off only. full charged to 100%. After 8 hours. it just drop 2% to 98%. rolleyes.gif

Go to message --> Click the 3 dots --> Settings --> Notifications --> Untick "Vibrate" either under Received Messages or Sent Messages

Hope that answers your question.

if you going to throw your phone in ur bag with other stuff, flip case with thick front cover might be suitable. get a tempered glass for a screen protector if you may. its harder than gorilla glass 2 used on HTC One.

It was in my handbag, and then my friend returned my charger to me so I mindlessly put it in the bag as well.

I may have leaned on the bag creating that pressure point crack..but other than that didn't do anything major (like sitting on it or stepping on it).. It was only in that bag for an hour or less.

I have treated my S3 much rougher tho, putting it in my laptop bag with my laptop chargers and stuff. It was a lot sturdier even tho it was plasticky :/
*
The reason why I give iPhone only to my wife.. Small screen= sturdier, less chance of something like this will happen.. And always make sure she put on the flip case. Lol.. It always goes into nowhere in her handbag
