Mine is ok. Data turned off only. full charged to 100%.  After 8 hours. it just drop 2% to 98%. 

Called them and they estimated it to be 450.

A lot cheaper than the 800 that I expected.

Any suggestions for a good case to prevent this from happening again? I've been using the Nilkin back case only.. Sigh. Also noticed scratches on the rims of the phone.. Maybe I should get the Skinomi full body protector..

if you going to throw your phone in ur bag with other stuff, flip case with thick front cover might be suitable. get a tempered glass for a screen protector if you may. its harder than gorilla glass 2 used on HTC One.

Seems like ppl still wait for too long to get back their RMA unit? Sighh.. Will I end up using this "gap" phone for good.....
