Yes..after root, it is possible to un-root it..and make it like stock..

Once you go through HTCDev , your phone information is captured on HTC Servers. HTC will already know you have unlock bootloader before. So whatever you wish to do thereafter ( flash back stock rom, unroot, lock back BL etc) to coverup/hide it is useless
Anyway claiming warranty on BL unlock is at HTC discretion. There are cases where claims are successfully made if HTC thinks the problem is not due to BL unlock

If you s-off with HTCDev, like benny said, your phone details recorded by HTC system, even you s-on back it, it will only appear Relock instead of lock, it's better to use revone..

Oh damm, i didnt know that... I saw the warning your warranty is now void and i thought its just a warning since we can unroot it back
Should put warning on the 1st page post IMO so other ppl will be more aware

just take it as if going to root, prepare to void your warranty..

if you are not ready for it, then don't root.. simple.. there is no free lunch in this world..

if you root, then can claim warranty, take it as lady luck is with you..
