My message show i won RM130 and it had not credited in yet.

Edit: RM130 comes from RM120 (15% tier 3) + RM10 (5% tier 1).

For Table 2 Fuel Up Offer is applicable to new and existing principal Eligible Cardholder(s) who perform Eligible Transaction(s) with RHB Card during the Campaign Period. Campaign period from 01/08/2021 to 31/12/2021.

I missed August offer. Going to start pump on Shell petrol again.


Each Eligible Cardholder can only win maximum one (1) time per Campaign Month.

Ignore this, just pump Shell petrol for max cashback RM50 per principal card per month.

Getting less chances for tier 2 and 3 to for daily quotas.

What did you spend?
How much did you send?
When did you spend?

I got others (0.2%) but not from Shell transaction. Could not able to tell is from which transactions.

Edit: count again, likely from Shell transaction.

I got it too. Also accumulative spend of RM50 per month too. Almost skipped spend on December.

I am also having same case as yours with annual membership fee charged, also more than 24 swipe. Just wrote through secure mail after reading your post.

Bank vouchers are release out by batch in different time in Lazada app. I forget the time, perhap its 4pm or 8pm. I applied once the RHB spend RM150 get RM20 off voucher on 09/07/2022 too.

It is under daily spend category. Spend RM200 on Groceries and get RM40 Cash (20% cashback). Cap at 91,000 (91,000 / 40 = 2275 winners) daily for 91 days.

Today was my first time to take a 19+ mins (estimate 12 mins from RHB) wait before able to speak to RHB call centre .

It is all for just getting a card tax waive (SST rebate) for my RHB Shell credit card. The reply to me is just for submit application to request approval from management only. Result on SST rebate credited or not, will be available to view in next 1 or 2 months statement to come. Hope to get SST rebate .

Previously i requested SST rebate through email but was told to follow the instruction in email to do the request using RHB live chat through RHB mobile app. Failed to do so due to no option available (Use Debit Card Abroad & Online) in the RHB app.
