This RHB bank seems like lebih-lebih.

Other banks didn't ask for such thing for Internet Banking registration.

CashXcess money is already in the nominated saving account but didn't receive SMS or email that CashXcess has been approved.

I have double confirmed with RHB officer that processed my application via the call. They were 2 officers involved.
She said purely 0% and even no fee for early settlement/termination.

Juat back from RHB branch after 2 hours at there just to get mobile phone number registered for RHB Now.

Upon successful registration, a SMS is received:

RM0.00 Dear Customer, you have updated (*******XXXX) to receive One Time Pin (OTP) via RHB CCC. If you did not perform this, please call 03-92068118.

Note: Mobile phone number statement/bill requested

My colleague who applied about the same time as I did last month hasn't got his card nor call from the branch to pick up the card. He said didn't receive SMS about the card has been sent out too.

Just now, he tried to reach out to RHB CS and apparently as famous as its reputation, RHB CS is always never fail to disappoint you by extremely hard to get hooked up to the real person to talk to.

Be vigilant when a private number calls.
It may be from the branch.
The branch that called me for pick up doesn't show any number on my phone as it displayed as Private Number.

I leave my number for a call back and until now, there's not even a call from RHB CS.

It was like nearly 2 weeks ago!

I don't work on night shift.
I need my precious sleep hours.
