Collected my card and successfully created RHB Now profile but unable to setup secret questions.

Mobile phone number update takes one day as per cautionary note on the ATM printout slip.

30 minutes after card activation, received a call from RHB asking if interested to get the Cash Excess plan up to RM 15k for 12m @ 0%. laugh.gif

I was wondering if this is so coincident! If I didn't activate the card, the lady won't call me. hmm.gif

Just commit to a Xcess plan.

I asked the processing officer this plan eligibility. She said NTB cardholder and can only apply for once.

I also asked if she heard/knew any problem of RHB Now registration for credit card only user.
She said that usually user under this category needs to go to the branch to fill up some forms.
I told her that I was at the branch yesterday and the branch staff didn't mention anything about the form; only registering via ATM machine.
She said better call RHB CS to figure out. sweat.gif

This sounds ridiculous and absurd.

It is the same mobile phone number that is used to receive the OTP/TAC for authorizing online/e-commerce transaction.

Shouldn't they request the mobile phone number statement during credit card application instead? doh.gif

This is the first bank I encountered so far that request for mobile phone number.
