For rhb, those planning apply conventional or islamic, u can request for the limit to be combined.

Mine is before approve. The problem with my application that I still have my 2017 rhb islamic that’s stuck in the system hence she cant submit for islamic card.

Workaround given is request for combine limit with conventional, then she can get my card approve today.

Wait for 1 or 2 days. My islamic card approved on tuesday, only on thursday can see the card online.

They use gdex to send the card which just arrived today.

Say my statement is every 22nd

Posting date as follows:-

22 April - RM500 Boost
23 April - RM2000 Boost

so my next statement (22/5) will only be RM2000, but since the cashback cycle will be 22/4 - 21/5, will i entitle for the 5% or 2% only in this case for RHB Shell card.

I only get 1 cashback for my card. Both transaction were boost on same day, i guess not merchant problem.

ya. but i check with the banker and it says the cashback will be per card basis. never know this would happened.

call rhb cs, they unsure whether combining CL is the issue. they would need to send report to another dept to check what's really the issue here.

Just that he has suspicion since my CL is combine for both card. I have yet to receive update from rhb.
