At last. After almost 3 weeks of waiting, someone contacted me on RHB Shell Visa.

This bank slow like snail. Affin they even contacted u hours after u submitted online to verify

Yeah realised this too. Those food voucher, bills when pay using CC description as Airpay instead of shopee.

How long does this shell card process?

Last week i receive whatsapp from the agent for the files, then erm i think wednesday someone call do verification.

But until today the application has not surface in my eccris

Finally get to contact Cs. As at today, no application has been submitted in the system.

Call the agent, say already submit last week. Seems like not gonna get anytime soon within this 3 weeks. Worst agent.

1 week...and it doesnt even appear in system yet.

Cimb e-card, i applied tuesday morning fill the online application. Yesterday morning 8.30am i upload my document at their upload doc website, says wait 2 working days.

10.20am got call from cimb to do verification. 10.50am got sms says approved. The fastest CC application by far.

Something is fundamentally wrong with rhb. Call centre 24 hours no one answer, ‘due to mco’. Already mco 2.0 also cant even handle this kind of stuff.

Yeah, they say allow 3 weeks for them to key in in system when i call the CC contact dept that they gave. after key in, wait 14 working days for approval result. They working with 15% workforce, hence, the slowness.

So nice the other 85% no need work from home meh?

Seriously the best agent ever. 2 working days settle. Unlike my agent, 1001 alasan. Slow like snail. Since cny not even in ccris yet.

Submit docs 3pm. 3.50pm check ccris got pending already.

Ahahaha then u would be earlier than me. My time stamp was 00.00.59am on the otp page. as i realised rhb otp time is always not chun with ur computer

Btw, u did ur 2nd transaction for the 10%? I tot there hierarchy to the spending

Transaction:
1st anywhere at least rm50 get rm25 activation

2nd anything except those excluded (ewallet) get 10% capped rm100

3rd dont care. Milk the cashback

My shopeepay topup, for large amount, always require otp, i.e last time the rm400 campaign, both weeks asking for otp.

Credit card collection no need queue. This is what wangsa maju branch told me la. I come and just find the officer directly. Skip the queue of 15-20 ppl outside.
