Even someone answer ur call. No one is attending to the report. Regarding my missing cashback for my 24 april statement, to date, there is no outcome for the issue, issue forwarded to CC dept but no reply to date.

I also raise request to change statement date on 6 April, till today, no action taken, it is being forwarded to CC dept again, but no reply from them.

Done it too early of the campaign month, while m1 n m2 did it like end of the campaign month.
