1 of my shell card got stucked and only successful changed the next cycle

2) since u got new card, I guess nothing prevent them to change. it should be immediate change.

just monitor your accounts on 16 June. see if u got statemented . if yes, request/check again. if no, should be 26 June statement already.

not sure ATM can set or not, I remember setup pin at ATM when collecting the cards at branch (not yet setup RHB online yet) ++ I think it was using debit card as I was opening BSA too

RHB staff will contact you via email with instructions to fill up form and submit supporting documentation
