I tried 500 twice and it worked. But 3rd reload of 500 failed. Is it RHB limiting ewallet reload to 1k max per day and 500 per attempt?

was wondering if there is a way to check whether paywave is faulty on our credit cards?

Recently i have been having problem with my RHB Shell Visa card for paywave with several terminals at mcd, jaya grocer, and latest one at parkson. it's as if the terminal doesnt detect the card on tapping, and i have to switch to chip + pin for payment

If complain to RHB via helpline, will they ask to bring to nearest branch to check or just issue new one?

tapped at least 3 seconds on the terminal, but no response until machine time out

after pin payment the paywave still not detected at the subsequent terminals as well

it is more like no response on the terminal side, which leads me to suspect the card itself may be faulty.. the error shown after a while is time out error, and asking to retry again
just wondering if we end-users have a way to check if it is working as usual or not
but anyhow since the plastic on the card is already peeling off, maybe can hit two birds with one stone by asking them to reissue a new card

I just received my first RHB Shell credit card statement recently, just curious their cashback calculated until which date.
I couldn't know by counting because my spending exceeded the limit for each category. My statement date is 19 May, so both cashback counted until red line part, or including the green part as well?
