Do we really get separate cash back for Conventional and Islamic Shell Visa? I only spent RM 50 in last statement and didn’t get any cash back. I will assume I didn’t spend minimum amount. How about others? Mine is separate limit and not split from existing Conventional.

First time receiving IVR call to remind me on payment. tongue.gif Tomorrow is the due date actually and I plan to pay only tomorrow. I didn't receive in the past maybe I paid earlier. laugh.gif

IVR call is OK with me.

Got my activation RM 25 cash back for Shell Visa Islamic but the 10% for Shell Visa is yet to be seen..

I find it difficult to spend one shot RM 1000 for 10% cash back and mine will due soon as 60 days is coming in 3 days.

Do I really need to spend one shot RM 1k or can I spend in multiple transactions with accumulated amount of RM 1k?

I only got RM 6.28!! How is this possible? cry.gif I spent 1k… It captured my first transaction for the 10%. I think I will need to complain if I ever get through their CS.

Yeah, RHB agreed to give me back the remaining RM 93.72 for 10% cash back campaign. It picked up my first transaction- 62.80 and paid me only RM 6.28. sweat.gif

My transactions were pretty straightforward. First transaction - RM 62.80. Second transaction- RM 1,000.00. So I don’t see why it should come in batches. sweat.gif The fact that it picked up RM 62.80 for 10% cash back was already a mistake I believe.

Raise via Online Banking's Messages. I also got my missing cash back from them, initially I dropped them an email with screenshots everything, they replied me that I will need to do that via its online banking. So login to the desktop page > Messages > Compose

3) Yes, my first transaction was in April and I already got back the Activation RM 25 cash back. So these are second, third and fourth transaction. I hardly use this card since I got it in April.

Just realized I got 10% activation cash back on 30th June for Shell Visa Islamic. I only spent RM 1k around end of May. This time is so fast compared to my conventional card. biggrin.gif
