Since RHB can't see unposted transactions, I assume that 7 unauthorized transactions already been posted? What did they CS say? Do you need to pay while waiting for dispute?

Recently I noticed that my available limit shown on the apps is dropping every day (like rm1/day) even though I didn't use the card for a week and all transactions already been posted.

Called CS and they said it was due to the "interest" calculated from the outstanding balance. Apparently, they lock the limit first for possible interest in case we don't pay the balance next month.

Now only I understand the confusing difference between "available limit" and "available credit" for rhb cc.

My RHB cashback card rarely got SMS notification. Maybe only 1 out of 10 transactions, and seems to be random (like same platform same amount but only sometime got sms).

You have to read the credit card t&c, not the balance transfer t&c.

My rhb cashback cc did not received any cashback in this month's statement. Called CS and they said will investigate. Anyone have similar experience?

Similar spending as previous months and did hit rm2.5k. Even if lower than rm2.5k also should have some cashback but there's absolutely 0 cashback in the statement.

Seems like it's an isolated case. Will wait for rhb to investigate then.
