Warning I just kena this today, the old website when you change transfer limits it doesn't apply (at least for FPX). Looks like running on completely different system, my FPX was limited to 5k (where I already set to 30k in old website). Needed to login to new website to change the limit there.

Is RHB e-banking website down?

EDIT: Ah I checked with app, app got show maintenance till 9am. Dunno why website don't show the same.

The old site ( https://logon.rhb.com.my/ ) isn't though. RIP =*( I hate these mobile-first designs.

EDIT: Wth, the new site can't seem to do the following:-

Schedule duitnow payments (I do this for CC bills) for future date
Save credit card numbers as transfer details (it says 'invalid account number')

Also the only benefit of the new website is supposed to be that it matches the app, but.... doesn't seem to reflect? What's the point of all this wei....

Anyone know how to do the two things above?

Ah finally logon.rhb.com.my is back. Hopefully they don't plan to fully replace with that mickey mouse level mobile site.

I keep getting the RHB email for my Smart Account, which says base interest 0.05%, additional 1.8% for deposit 2k, but then got 2 columns.

The right-side column is what I'm familiar with, +0.5% interest rate for 3 bills paid, 1000 ringgit spent etc.

But left-hand side says +1.0% interest rate for 6 bills paid, 2500 ringgit spent. Does that mean we could get higher than 2.85%? Or is that if you hit this higher target (e.g. 2500 ringgit spent) you don't need 3 bills paid?

I find it useful to save all my card info in my own records (make sure secure, I use my password manager app). Many cards can just be left in drawer that way.

They already pushing us to dump this interface to go to the new one, even though not feature-complete....

New card? The 50% cashback is within first 12 months only I think. Or 6 months.

Perhaps you didn't hit 2500? Or barely hit and one of the spend refund or wrong MCC (e.g. government spend on myEG).

Do you use it to pay for food at restaurant? Most of the restaurant I go to serve pork oo....

As I recall, if you read the T&C for the card, nowhere it says you cannot buy haram things. Just that certain MCC codes will not allow to be spent. Buy all the pork you want at restaurant, but if you want to buy chicken chop at a bar, cannot.

Anyone know how to get the receipt of payment for scheduled transactions? This RHBNow website seems like a lot of lacking feature....
