Week 17 cashback rm30 receive

In Nov , 3 week12 cashback was awarded, but not sure is for which week. Assume is week 12,13 and 14.

Anyone getting week 15, 16 cashback?

Also 1 of W12-15 is missing, topup Boost at 9am, probably too late.

Did you receive the special keyword from SMS to register?
Or it will assume the previous registration would remain effective?

Week 15 - i reload boost on 8 Oct 8.40am (did not get)
Week 16 - i reload boost on 15 Oct 8am (did not get)

Are local and oversea spend two separate categories which you need to meet minimum spending for each category in order to get CB?

How does RHB define oversea spending? Al transactions in foreign currencies?

27.12.18 Shopee KL RM505 --->Not  in dec statement , would it  be given online cashback in Jan 2019 statement?

Shopee Spore total RM1201.50 given 2% =CB RM24.03, but RHB T&C  showed overseas online RM1-RM2499=CB 0.5%?

total online purchase =RM1603.50 given CB RM24.12, how is this calculated?

Any idea  for that transaction after statement (Shopee RM505 on 27.12.2018) will be considered for cashback in next statement?

If yes, will Bigpay topup  for RM1995 to be done in January be added to it to achieve total online transactions RM2500
for the max online CB RM30 for statement on 26.1.2019?

I topup Boost for week18 to week21 and got nothing until now, and yesterday I called the CS regarding this n he has forwarded the query to the marketing dept.
