somehow.... adding sv to the tag doesnt leave a good after taste....

after all it is a rip off....

no offence to those who bought it, the intentions are for Proton.....

instead of coming up with the sv rip off, they could have gave prospective FLX owners a discount or an upgrade package for an affordable price.

instead the tear down the FLX and come up with sub value....

CNG is RON 120-130. The Campro ECU is as if it's designed for CNG, it can advance the ignition timing to optimize combustion out of the factory, some cars need TAP (timing advance processor).

Thankfully nothing is wrong with the drivetrain after checking. It is the brake pad warning, surprisingly the scraping sound can be heard without pressing on the brakes too

updates on my steering vibrator issue.
i went to a tyre shop asking for on-wheel. one young guy came out and said not available. cry.gif
i asked if they know any shop offering it, he go ask the boss. the boss came out saying these machine very RARE in penang but he being friendly offered me help.
he told the young chap bring out a jack jacked up my car front. he started the car, engage 1st gear and press on the pedal. he then asked the young guy continue stepping on the accelerator, hold tight the steering wheel while he go observe my tyre. he asked me to see my tyre too. and to my surprise, my tyre were spinning wobbly... he said that was the cause of steering vibrator. i ask him what was the cause of this he said its the tyre was not properly attached to the rims. i was rclxub.gif for 1 year i had those on now only the problem started? initially i do not want to let him continue touching my car as i was aiming for on-wheel balancing but after seeing him do that, i thought give him a chance as i remembered davidke20 saying how to perform DIY on-wheel balancing. since he kinda know what he is doing, i let him. then he then lowered down the car, remove all tyres and again taking the tyres+rim to the off-wheel balancing machine one by one balacing it. not sure why, he removed the tyre from the rim and balance only the rims. then attached back the tyre to the rim.
as i was on lunch time and cannot wait, i cabut on my frens car and return afterwards. total damage was only rm34. then he explained again to me some bla bla which i could hardly understand but in simple term is that he swap all 4 tyres around to get the one with least wobbly-ness to the front...i was hesitating on what he done and if my rm34 was going into the drain but to my surprise when i was speeding jz now to test the "fix" the problem disappear. it was for sometime i was testing it and the problem really disappeared! hats off to that guy! he really know what he is doing! but one problem is...if the best tyre were out to the front now, means the back tyre will be having the problem now right? rear tyre wobbly will me lose control at sometime soon? doh.gif rear ass buang perhaps?

Complaint for some sound, they replaced the absorber but still not solved...
So means that they can replace the absorber for warranty purposes

Except they will charge u to do alignment which is not under warranty

Teoh brothers uses human flesh on wheel balancing. I remember the problematic Iswaga oversized brakes, so they had to remove my tyres and refit it on different angle. Something like from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock. If still unbalance, remove tyre refit to 6 o'clock and finally 12 o'clock to find the least wobble point baru start the balancing. I didn't ask why, but I guess billy520's sifu got a point there hmm.gif

what i remember seeing is he remove my tyre from the rim. rotate the tyre several times like wanting to get the right fit to the rim. even swap between tyre to different rim i think. because he initially did mention that the cause could be the attachment of the tyre to the rim was not done properly...btw, he carries the brand which sponsors this section of forums. thumbup.gif i think the next time ayam changing tyres, i will go visit him. as for other shop which gives me tonnes of excuses shakehead.gif the worst one was that my tyre almost BOTAK and ask me change tyre soon. doh.gif
