how old ur ride? i have that problem in beginning this year. i try claim warranty they said my RIM terlalu berat so ignore my claim. then courtesy of kenjilew said there is a part need put grease then sound will gone. but till now i not yet settle it LOL. i just on radio louder to cover it. as for clutch, u try see the clutch pedal top there. if im not mistaken, the SC ppl spray WD40 there to settle my issue.

You said it's ratio is longer in the second gear.....long ratios on low gears aint gonna save fuel, IINM. But you also have to take into account the IAFM and IAFM+ has different torque profiles....
