Use static towel wipe the glass area of the bulb, make sure it's finger print free before slot it in. If possible, buy cheapjing gourmet glove and use them while installation. Reason for often bulk KO as below:

1) Bad voltage supply, either sohigh or solow
- Not your case, can burn 6 bulbs in 2 years if caused by current supplied, your car already caught on fire
2) Headlamp casing humidity beyond bulb surface area, unable to evaporate as quickly until glass crack
- May not be your case, does the bulb crack?
3) Finger print left on the glass surface of the bulb, causes uneven heat distribution on the glass. Mild case heat disbursement compromised, overloaded the tungsten filament and snap. If serious, glass surface crack.
- Highly likely your case

jsnkok, I used cheapjing H7 in my Iswaga since 2004. At night tracking event will change bulb put on yellow bulbs, and usually immediately change back to normal bulb the next day after event. Those cheapjing H7 remain their service tenure until 2009 right side burnt, changed 1 unit at my regular accessories shop for RM20, and lasted until I sold car last year September.

Speaking of shoe... That day just bought a new pair of shoes... It was a pair of trainer shoes so the shoe is quite large due to the thick sole and comfy, cushioning sides. I was stopping in front of the pedestrian crossing at British American Tobacco. As I was stepping on the brake, my car moves forward. I was like WTFFFFF then instantly pull handbrake and shift to N simultaneously. Lucky I am 3 feet away from the car in front due to the pedestrian crossing. Went back home and did some experimenting and find out, while I was braking, some part of the show pressed on the throttle as well.
