dont ask just buy, do not question property guru.
if guru overlooked that part, it means the guru is not as good as they advertised, and did not do research. but guru is here to sell you a dream, and make off with your money.

plus, those student already blinded by greed getting brainwashed in seminar. who cares about commercial title and leashold if it makes you money? they ask you to not focus on small money,
easily flip in 5 years upon completion, easily road to 3m.
they thought they found the highway to fast wealth, instead now its highway to hell.

really yucky to have to step on someone to make money but it is what it is. a lesson for them for not doing due diligence. now the units are being sold way below the price they purchased and someone else made profit,
