How do you actually group of 25 of them.punctuality definitely is a big problem since i been playing a game which has 8 man for dungeon and we call for 10pm and we end up 10.30-11pm only we start our raid LOL.

How do you guys solve this problem and confirm among that 25 there is those who wont bother reading/watching guide/video to know more of the dungeon mechanic ending up wipe and facepalm.

Don't think they playing anymore except Azeroth who restart with new character long time ago.  He is still Playing.

anyone here got exp in high level WHM? would like to know the healing condition in high lvl such as raid if possible. is hard to heal at higher level such as juggling mana etc?

well back in 1.0, when jobs were introduce, Yoshi did say that he has a thought for making jobs branches from 1 classes. so this kind of tell us that is going to be that way in future

I see what you mean. We created the system, but we do not necessarily need to follow it all the time. For example, let’s say that the Dark Knight is the second Gladiator job (attention, it is still not a confirmation), when you get its job stone at level 30, all acquired Gladiator skills will certainly be modified to better fit the image of the Dark Knight.

It was just to give an example to explain that we are not going to destroy how players consider different classes / jobs. It could be an interesting way to introduce future classes / jobs. We will consider your concerns on this issue, rest assured.

no wonder I was wondering why my Thaumaturge cure is so weak...
I thought it's WHM lol.. I've been spam curing players in match party from duty-finder.
But funny thing is that, even spamming earth and dotting with poison is so damn slow.
