I got few questions regarding FFXIV...

i know this game from my friend and start playing it few days back during phase 3 CBT..i started to play and get ADDICTED to it until today, i finding ways to play this game and interested to pre-ordering it..

however, i got few questions in mind during finding ways to play this game in malaysia since it is region blocked

1) as i know, i can pre-order the digital downloads or physical copy directly from retailers or online purchasing. however, FFXIV has subscription fees is blocked ; where i need to top up SquareEnix Account (crysta) to pay the subscription fees

Since the product is not available in Malaysia, i cant use my own credit card to topup Crysta (Crysta is squareenix account points)..so, do you have a topup service or alternative way to pay the subscription fees? the details regarding this monthly fees subscription is here : http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/product/

im asking this matter on behalf of my friends which is interested to pre-order this game together..well, all of us has the same questions..we cant pre-ordered from malaysia..so i end up here asking questions to whom maybe has the answers.

2) which server fits the best for we(malaysian players) during the OBT and official launch?

im a serious player which interested to know these answer..hope to hear from anyone of you soon!

About the auto translator, is it a 3rd party in game app? does it translate jap to eng?

I dont really know which version to buy but it is kinda cheap so just buy any lol

Anyhow it maybe just me, i will avoid playing with malaysian as most have the cincai attitude and doesnt seek to be the best. Tried wow long ago.. find their lack of fighting spirit, to understand about own class and seek endgame exp downright dumbfounding. Malaysian inability to take positive criticism and thought ppl are asking for a fight attitude is also another turn off. Worst of all... they prefer to gain exp slowly by wiping instead of actually looking at the problem and tried theorycrafting it etc.

Well that's ff11. I've totally forgotten ff11 eversince i play ff14 ver2.0.
Nomore sneak+invis when u travelling around.
Nomore journey to the west. Travelling took literally hours sometimes in ff11.
Nomore superglue mobs. Once u get locked on, they chase u whole 9 street like u owe him whole generation debt.
We have sprint. No need to switch to /thf to do quest in town.
No need listen to the delevel music when u happens to level and die at the same time.

Although one thing i hate in ff14... u r few times lv higher than the mob, still it will aggro u.
I still like the old system where cons prevents u from aggroing a chain of mob.
Though one thing for the payment system in ff14. It still need to be improved.
3 region with different payment method.
It all also varies according to the region. US will have us payment and u cant switch to others. Same goes for EU and JPN.
US and EU doesnt have any problem with directly using CC or Debit card. For JPN.. it's hard and more expensive then EU and US.
JPN still runs the same shyt requiring users to buy webmoney themselves like pso2.
Worst of all, this websites that sells webmoney requires users to submit their personal supporting documents like passport,ic and debit card/credit card front copy. If no submission of supporting documents, they'll still charge u and refuse to give u the webmoney charge card.

But i stay true that 80 to 90% malaysian cant take positive criticism. We have too much pride . I am not saying i am not one of them, that would be a hypocrite. Last time play dota that time also like that but as we grow older we learn.... but when u met older players who dont do so haha idk hw to say about them

Lets say If I register my account as UK then if I need to enable crysta those Name, Address all should write Real address/personal information or Fake address/personal information?

Not really needed unless you want to use Crysta... . Then you will need to add in fake address, but must pay with Ultimate Pay to ensure payment.

Hmm but my account don't have add credit/debit as option yet, is it need wait until official release?

Yep not all la.. but wow last time after vanilla was 25man raid if only 10 to 15 ppl read about the strat... then we have to waste time to teach to the rest ma... Excuses were given about i got work and etc nvm la

wondering which raid in wow during vanilla having 25man raid? as i recall during vanilla there is only 10 man raids which is zul gurub or upper black rock spire and the rest is 40man raid which is molten core and bwl? even old naxx and onyxia is 40m...AQ20 (Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj) is 20 man and Temple of Ahn'Qiraj AQ40  is 40man

25man naxx only exist in wrath of the lich king if not mistaken..during vanilla there is no 25man naxx
