Is anyone having problems with the skill effects?
Example:
I set the skill effects being shown by everyone to off, and after that I log out, when I re login back even though the skill effects are off, I can still see players using it, and I have to go back to the options > set show some or all than click off again to actually make it work.
Playing on border less window mode I think.
