So they are thinking of making a Primal that was conquered by a FC able to summon it in one zone. When it is summon, the whole area weather will change, eg. if Ifrit is to be summon in Black Brush, the weather will change, everyone can see that Ifrit was summoned.

Well before u cancel your account, there's a red notification below the statement stated that u can't use back the email and SQEX ID. So what I did to change from US to EU acc was changing the main email to a dump mail and cancel the account. After which u can use back ur old email on the new acc, but u still will not be able to use back the old SQEX ID.
