When you are outside dungeon, there are lots of people just standing there like zombies but not making party. they standing there for what?!

Is a system that is similar to LFG in WoW, and other system that put you in a wait list to find members that are also in the wait list.

It is most likely that those people are just doing their own thing to explore the game and etc. There will be many people grouping when the game goes live or even during P4. Here's to hoping anyway
