Definitely not biased towards the picture that you shared, it's not full house as still plenty of space & empty seats. Been there in Dec for Tower A and that's considered crowded to me not even full house. Peace too and hv good sales and share us the sales chart ✌️

As you said, I should only share to keen person. Btw do note this round developer is keeping the cheaper+nice facing units hence the % might not be accurate. Not sure they block for staffs/associates or what.

based on the video someone shared earlier, the land is owned by bulan sabit merah but salcon is keen to rent it. not sure how true is it though. Maybe someone with more insights can share.

Back to Ur earlier question regarding the land in front, many forumers have said the land belongs to Salcon.. however, based on a YouTube video by WK, the 5.35 acre leasehold land is actually another plot in the same vicinity where Salcon leased the land from Bulan sabit merah & they planned to build high-rise buildings...regarding the small freehold plot in front of belfield...I guess it is all just speculation at this point of time and no one can guarantee anything...decide urself

looks like half of the highlighted space is taken up by sunway belfield. for an unblocked view means above 41 floor based on salcon's project proposal.

I think the plot is no longer 5.35 acre if based on Google map...smmore now there is a belfield tunnel beside the small plot.

Found this online also..probably u shud go for lvl 40+ ..but bear in mind that the plan can change anytime since the proposal was many years back... what if they build smthing higher than belfield?
