quite low take up due to steep increase by Sunwai for the pricing. expect block C to be the same too.

For those considering investment at block B pricing, must remember its 1300++ units and surrounding plots many to make more highrise.

Interested on Sunway Belfield. but recently alot advertisement of Sunway new project name D'hill @ kota damansara. Any sifu can know the exact location? Can enlighten abit?

Surely no referral fee. Esp for block A. Sales very good for block A why need referral?

Maybe for block B can lar.

Yes. Belfield referral is only for tower B
Type A : 3k

May I know how much is the increase for Block B compared to type A of the same size and same floor?? The increase is due to better view? Block A sold out?

Is around 70k for the floor I bought and type. I think still got type D and type E. Type B floor 50-08 maybe still available. Facing 118.

Type C I think sold out for tower A. Maybe u can wait for those bank rejected unit.

Means u hv one unit type only. Facing botanical gardens. Quickly call sunwai and find out the price. There's also an active agent in this thread.

Sunway Property's newest freehold development Sunway Belfield has registered a 80 per cent take-up rate for its first tower despite its soft launch during the Movement Control Order.

Sunway Property said *due to the overwhelming response, it had opened Sunway Belfield's second tower for sale.*

Sunway Belfield spans 2.19 hectares with a gross development value of RM1 billion.

The development comprises three residential towers and is located *400 metres from the Maharajalela monorail station* , placing residents a mere two stops away from the KL Sentral transit hub and three stops away from the Bukit Bintang Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.

It is also located *400 metres from SJK © Kuen Cheng 1 and 800 metres from Petaling Street and the upcoming Merdeka 118 tower, which, upon completion, will offer one million sq ft of shopping and entertainment spaces, 83 storeys of corporate offices, 12 storeys of hotel rooms, five storeys of hotel residences and a retail business centre.*

Sunway Property central region property development division executive director Chong Sau Min said the sales success was due to a combination of its strategic location, freehold tenure, green features, and new norm lifestyle.

True, i just saw their possible new launch in Q2, Artessa, both near KL. Not sure which one better for ownstay.. Maybe i should continue my search for landed.
