all Sentual sifu,

went to Bangsar South office today.. unit selling fast...Unit 17-17, 13-01 sold. see a few buyer buying booking on the spot..is this a good deal? some repeater buyer frm UOA got 8% discount.

i heard Boustead bought the whole Army camp land (behind Bangsar village) and AEON will be major tenant at the mall opposite Sentul Village..i heard is also finalise, is any one has any news?

Great stuff man!! I heard the mall was approved but not sure is AEON big or AEON jusco.. There will a link bridge from phase 2 to the mall which I heard from the agent, price will be higher than existing phase with at least 3%... Not sure true or not and it is for your reference
