i booked a unit as well. for investment purposes.

My friend booked a unit, his brothers aso booked.

if i hv 10 k i will book as well.

how much psf currently?

Average around 500++psf after discount.

I was fairly confident that this would be a good investment opportunity with the proposed aeon shopping complex. But seeing that it's a high density development it doesn't look that attractive anymore. Thinking of pulling back. Hmmm

Seems like that's the trend nowadays. High density is the name of the game. Land seems to be scare especially in kl. If for long term investment, I guess it should be ok.

Looking at the scarce of land near KL, I decided to take this up. I also would like to recommend my agent, helpful in explanation of the area.
Potential for it? with the affordable price(FREEHOLD land), is still a good chance for this investment, I hope.

There are a few sales agent in this thread. Best if u contact them. I believe 70-80% have been booked n units facing pool/kl view r unavailable. Perhaps just 1 or 2 units left.

Now left those units facing Greenery View.

An 1054sqt unit facing east on a higher floor is available I believe at 550k after discount. Works to about 522psf..

nobody can confirm that, the rumours is being told by the agents only....
