Hopefully don't have to sign spa so soon...as I've booked a unit early of March but now contemplating whether to buy it... That time when booking was so spontaneous & scared no more units...

True..a bit worried with the density although it's phase 1 la...at 1st thinking of buying for investment so after meeting the agent paid the booking without thinking much...the next day I checked the price that my client bought for the Maxim Citilights and a bit worried as the price was much cheaper albeit without discount on the d/payment.
Moreover I was afraid my decision to buy was due to I'm a banker...bankers usually think properties can make $$$ easily so we buy hastily..my unit is on the 11th floor but facing west as no more cheaper units.. |
