Hi buddy, ur an agent or perhaps an Uoa staff ? Seem to have a lot of insider info for this project. Can share some thoughts of this project ? Major concern is the sheer density. Any advise ?

Received many PM about the Phase 2 price.
"Price also very nice" - doesn't mean the price will be cheaper, what I meant to say was, the Phase 2 price maybe will increase roughly 10%.

Most probably will. Jusco is the anchor tenant for the proposed city mall.

Once they install the hoarding on the site, will shoot up the appreciate value almost instantly. smile.gif

Well I think in terms of design and facade, it is definitely depending on personal preference. To me, I kind of agree with the ''keep it simple" designs as it is long lasting and won't be outdated. But if the design is too fancy, it might look nice at the point of time but maybe not later. Just sharing my 2 cents...
