Maxim Citilight 1300 plus units plus this Sentul Village 2000 plus units and the road is only 2 lane up and down. Definitely is not able to cater such a big volume traffic.

Not to forget, those stay in Batu Caves/Sri Gombak also using the same access to go to town.

I depart at 750am and reach office at Jln Ampang at 845am. Jalan Sentul itself already took me more than 30 mins to reach Chow Kit.

if work at kl. any place tat don tat more than 1 hour to reach ? even stay at pj, cheras, drive or take train or combine, which not take 1 hour and above. again, which area don jam ?

If keep saying which area no jam,then better suggest government to stop MRT/LRT project and reduce the car duties....since we already immune to jam. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Dia cakap, kalau bekerja di KL, dari tempat manakah untuk sampai KL tak perlu lebih daripada satu jam? Walaupun tinggal di pj, cheras, pandu atau naik keretapi atau kedua-dua, juga mengambil masa lebih satu jam untuk sampai. Sekali lagi, kawasan mana yang tak sesak?

The booking today at Nexus not bad. 7 or 8 floors open. South and east gone. Layout similar to south bank. L shape. 5+1 lift for 18units per floor. Net about 520psf.
Around 470 units in 2.5acre.

i think public transport only redirect the traffic of long journey to short journey. ppl will start driving to nearby station. so jam will be many of micro jam instead of cross area jam. please translate.

wat im trying to convey on my last post is it is better to jam for short distance then long distances. please translate again.

The agents started taking bookings 2+ weeks ago for certain floors. They didn't increase much the price now at nexus. If decide to cancel, rm10k deposit return minus rm300 admin fee.

Any feedback on the shop office? My dad thinking of getting a unit facing the future main road , btw phase 1 and 2. Heard a big boss in masjid India getting 1 end lot there
