Agreed Setapak Green is not really successfully. I personally does not like the car park on the other side of the building.
Think sub-sale from 580K up for 1300sq.ft. Still a good buy. |

Maxim Citilight 1300 plus units plus this Sentul Village 2000 plus units and the road is only 2 lane up and down. Definitely is not able to cater such a big volume traffic.
Not to forget, those stay in Batu Caves/Sri Gombak also using the same access to go to town. I depart at 750am and reach office at Jln Ampang at 845am. Jalan Sentul itself already took me more than 30 mins to reach Chow Kit. |
