You want to recommend tablet, then you have to state your intention as so. The way you sound,
you're asking for recommendation and not recommending tablets.

I've pretty much lost faith in chinese tablets liao. Sure, some of their tablets have good specs and price point, but quality wise? Resale value (just in case la)? Warranty?

I've tested and owned my fair share of chinese tablets.

Sure they were good at first, but a lot of them died within a year. Pound wise, penny foolish, it seems.

More and more branded tablets (Asus, Acer, Lenovo, MSI) tablets are dropping price.

Frankly speaking I dont see chinese tablets being able to compete, as branded tablets has a brand perception as well as quality.

As i indicated in my previous thread to you, i'm looking for a decent android device but i do not want to pay premium price for branded one. So far, venus matches my budget and everything i need for. Just that some negative comment like lagging while playing games.

Again, can u spell out some games that i can try on the venus? Let me judge it myself... thks btw.

With that kind of performance, it's better to get fast dual core chips (Rockchip RK3066) than an epic fail quad core.

Hi TS, i have run few of your recommended games and my own games on venus and found no lag problem at all...In fact, i run 3 3D intensive games at one time and none of them have lag problem...

Could it be you are using an old firmware on venus? After all venus is not crap tablet at all....

Out of that list, you only listed out a few, and said no lag problems.

all china branded tablets are the same, u buy them because its cheap, it's so cheap that it doesnt really matter if it's crap. but after your first china tablet, most probably people wont get a second one.
