Ok thanks..
1. Samsung Tab A8
2. Lenovo Tab S8
3. Asus Memo Pad 8
4. Asus Zenpad 8
Really have problem to choose one of these, cannot go to store to see by myself and have to buy o9.
Between all this 4, which one is the best for buck, for streaming, yotube, smoothness, and probably custom rom available?

Logically speaking, no.1 should be able to receive more developments, since the processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410. Though this is heavily dependant on the XDA community. The other 3 runs on Intels chipset, usually they don't receive as much love from the community. (you may need to check this for yourself at XDA)
[Processor]
In terms of raw processing power, 1 loses out a bit. But I don't think its significant enough to be noticed.
Specs are moderate, but you should expect a little some stutters here and there on all 4 devices.
[Android version]
1 and 4 runs Lollipop out of the box. If you are not planning on rooting, 1 and 4 has better chance to receive an software update to Android 6.0. Since 2 and 3 are basically a year old model.
[Display]
1 uses TFT for display (what year is this? 2010?), 2 3 4 uses IPS LCD. You should expect a poorer screen quality on 1. However, best if you can compare it yourself.
If watching videos is your main priority, 1 is not the most suitable candidate, as it runs on a 4:3 form factor. The other 3 runs on a 16:10 / 16:9, so they are much more suitable for watching movies in landscape mode. I personally use my tablet more for browsing and reading, so 4:3 to me is good.
*the speakers quality and placement may also affect your experience while watching video. I've never seen the products before, so...yea, you'll need to check it out for yourself.
[Bloatware]
In terms of bloatwares, I believe the sequence goes like this.
Samsung > Asus > Lenovo.
Unless you root or know how to disable the bloatwares, it may affect your device's performance.
(yes, you can disable them with ease)
[Features]
No.1 has S-pen support, can be very useful to those who take notes on the go (students). The multiwindow support on the 1 is also great as well, however may be limited by the low end specs. Not sure about the features on the other 3 though.
[Design]
I think Samsung's design wins, hands down. However, this is merely my personal opinion.
