This company is suck. I bet u will regret if join this company. All these japanese will threats u like a robot. Most of their policies are nonsence. You can't talk much with your colleague (imagine that). They create stress work environment.

Like kukun said, only GIN team is the place u can learn much. Others, are sucks. If you have experience in network, try other company. NTT is very stingy with everything. And very outdated compare to other IT company in Cyberjaya. Trust me, recently they just produce VOIP product to their client. Haha..

In terms of benefit, Emerio is paying low. If you are hired by NTT, you won't get good medical coverage. The insurance covered for staff only. Excluded your family.

These are only some of it. For me i don't recommend to my friend. Overall, US based company is still better. U feel stress with your work but here you feel stress with the workplace/ environment.

Are you sure?last week went for an interview there but the HR Lady inform that the medical for staff include your extended families(spouse and kids)?

I am a former employee of NTT MSC. Back when I was there, usually outsource staff from emerio that works at NTT MSC have fewer benefit such as no salary increment and least coverage of medical benefits.

The working environment was like other Japanese company. They expect you to sit on your desk during working hours although there was no job to do. Listening music was not allowed during working hours. I heard that HP provided gym, pool table and etc to their employees but there was not even a proper pantry when I was back there. They combined a meeting room with the pantry, so when there was a meeting in that room, the employees were not able to use the pantry. I heard they had completed new buildings, so there might be some changes around there.

I am totally agreed with kukun, nanba and guest987123. This is just an opinion that can vary base on personal experience. Hope this will help.

I am at NTT but my good & hardworking staff had resigned, the reason is the Japanese suck and no ball to fight for staff even the staff is senior and hardworking staff. If you under Local manager, they are more better than Japanese. But this company is suck. If you want to learn more thing, then you trade it as a school. Don't stay longer. Poor increment (2~4%). Boss always said to all team member same result when asking about the increment.(answer is you are the higher in team).
If you joint as long term then u will regret. All these japanese will threats u like a robot. Most of their policies are nonsense stress work environment.

i just attend the interview session last week for position of network engineer ... any updates of this company .. still worst or even better?

yup , really have to wish you luck. I was one of the NTT staff... they're getting worse, mass resignation, yearly increment 3% max low basic, you don't expect to get promote because always japanese are on top. Those who're going to interview wish you luck

im receiving a call just now from hr regarding my application. i've been offered for IT Engineer position and the basic salary lower than my current salary but the fixed allowance offered is high .. this position require me to on site support at customers site .. still thinking about it bcoz i prefer to be specialize in network .. hmhm

i got a call from them few days ago for a network/server engineer. funny thing is that a job description was sent to me with a question of how much my current salary?

then he offered me a package saying no bonus with 12days AL and 14 days MC. That is a bit odd right?

i told no and demanded alot more, he said no at first and then said okay when i said i will have to decline his offer..

anyone else going for this position? any recommendation/suggestions?

This company has become worst better dont work here guys.

1. Transport allowance 420
2. Hp allowance 160
3. Cert allowance eg CCNA rm60
4. Medical cover spouse and kids. For outpatient no medical card. Pay 1st claim later.
5. Dental n optical 500
6. Al 1st 2 yrs 14 days.

Cons

1. Management sucks. Want to sell services that dont even setup properly. And if escalate things will u turn back to staff.

2. CEO seriously dont know anything. Listen to his two clown "father n son".

3. If I remember correctly more than 10 staff aldy resigned this year including senior staff. Also 2 new staff just lasted 3-4 months only.

4. A good technical Japan staff sent back to Ntt Com. The one who come here just a clown.

5. New staff to resign needs 2 months notice.

6. HR Dept 5 staff, Backbone team 1 staff. Wtf is happening when a telco company only have 1 staff in BB dept.

7. Everytime KPI only average although you work extremely excellent. Manager wont backup you.

8. Basic very low. Some guys with 3 yrs exp still below 3k.
