oh my...so many negative reviews =( I am waiting for 2nd round interview for a US-based company...everything is really good...except that their process is slow (it's been 2weeks since the first interview) Why don't company (NTT) values their employees properly?

Hi Hanbin, US-based company ? I thought NTT is japan company ? what is the US-based company ? What field related ?

I had received a call from NTT MSC regarding this position in :
Network Operation Centre Engineer
I believe this will be based in PJ.
Is it still the same condition?
Bad review all over the thread... duh.....

ive been working there before. still worst company ever, nothing good on the job itself. if u going to join technical team, think 1000times. they will kill your skill. as netwotk, nothing much you could learn, everything is bad. lots of device are obselete, no support from principal, juniper cisco fortigate, most of equipment with no maintenance contract with technical expert. vendor also know nothing. end up u not learn, but clear all the shit from sux manager. most manager there stupid, no skill except turbo fan skill, not listen to any suggestion to improve from stf. just stubborn n stupid plain. i work there less than a year.

Long OT hours, little pay compare to market, Japanese culture. that's what I heard, I never been in that company before.
I used to meet up with the sales staffs for a project, he seems like don't know a lot of things about what I need from a sales person.
However, you should give it a shot. It could be very subjective.

Signed an offer few days ago but now just went through the comment from lowyat. Is it really so scary working in NTT? Does NTT culture as similar as Huawei, ZTE? They offer a package which lower than my current one, but I heard NTT has a good platform to learn networking. Is it because the japanese boss does not appreciate our hardship? Please enlighten me. It sounds like the whole telco industry are sucks.
