I am a former employee of NTT MSC. Back when I was there, usually outsource staff from emerio that works at NTT MSC have fewer benefit such as no salary increment and least coverage of medical benefits.

The working environment was like other Japanese company. They expect you to sit on your desk during working hours although there was no job to do. Listening music was not allowed during working hours. I heard that HP provided gym, pool table and etc to their employees but there was not even a proper pantry when I was back there. They combined a meeting room with the pantry, so when there was a meeting in that room, the employees were not able to use the pantry. I heard they had completed new buildings, so there might be some changes around there.
