This company is suck. I bet u will regret if join this company. All these japanese will threats u like a robot. Most of their policies are nonsence. You can't talk much with your colleague (imagine that). They create stress work environment.

Like kukun said, only GIN team is the place u can learn much. Others, are sucks. If you have experience in network, try other company. NTT is very stingy with everything. And very outdated compare to other IT company in Cyberjaya. Trust me, recently they just produce VOIP product to their client. Haha..

In terms of benefit, Emerio is paying low. If you are hired by NTT, you won't get good medical coverage. The insurance covered for staff only. Excluded your family.

These are only some of it. For me i don't recommend to my friend. Overall, US based company is still better. U feel stress with your work but here you feel stress with the workplace/ environment.
